BEDROOMS

• Throw rugs vacuumed
• Vacuum carpet
• Vacuum and/or wash floor
• Change sheets
• All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced)
• Picture frames dusted
• Window sills cleaned door frames and switch plates
• Vacuum under bed (if accessible) Trash emptied
• Baseboards wiped down
• Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
• Clean mirrors and glass

 

 

Bathrooms

 

 

• Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind Sink thoroughly cleaned,
• disinfected and rinsed Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
• Floor vacuumed and/or washed
• Clean mirrors and glass
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
• Throw rugs vacuumed
• Window sills wiped down
•  Trash emptied

 

Kitchen

 

• Counter tops and back splash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
• Cabinet fronts washed or wiped down
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
• Floor vacuumed and/or washed Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request - ask for details)
• Dust ceiling fans Clean glass & mirrors Small appliances wiped Dishes washed Baseboards wiped down Trash emptied

 

  

 

 Living Room/Dining Room/Den, etc.

 

• All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced - more time may be required)
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed
• Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
• Hardwood or tile floors vacuumed and mopped
• Baseboards dusted and wiped down
•  Window sills wiped down
• Glass tables cleaned
• Picture frames dusted
• Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
• Light, general straightening complete
